Bite Size Cooking Skills (T4 Nov)

A hands on course covering the basics of cooking. Each class you will learn key cooking skills such as making the perfect Victoria sponge and scones; sweet jams and chutneys; flaky pastry and 'al dente' pasta to name a few. Recipes, lunch, tea and coffee will be provided.

 

This one day practical course covers various cooking skills and each month we will cover a different culinary method. Lunch, tea and coffee will be provided.

Come along to one class or do them all. $65 per class.

November: Sudanese and Ethiopian Cooking. Taught by Mary and Nybol, experienced Sudanese cooks.
