If you're looking for something fun to do with your friends, or wanting to meet new people, join one of our friendly social events. Come for a free coffee and some conversation at one of our Chatty Cafés, or book a seat at one of our award winning Community Lunches. Most Friday's during the school term, Our Kitchen hosts a sit down, two course, DELICIOUS meal for just $10 a pop. It's a warm and relaxed atmosphere where you can bring a group, or join a table. It's also a very generous portion, so wear your comfy pants and get stuck in!

The Ballarat Neighbourhood Centre works collaboratively with the other Neighbourhood Houses in our region, including Wendouree Neighbourhood Centre, Ballarat East Neighbourhood House and Ballarat North Neighbourhood House. We also have a strong and diverse network of partner organisations and proactively design programs and services in response to the needs of our Community.

Neighbourhood Houses welcome people from all walks of life. This inclusive approach creates opportunities for individuals and groups to enrich their lives through connections they might not otherwise make, strengthening networks and building social capital.
Membership is FREE so become a member of the Ballarat Neighbourhood Centre today. As a member of the Centre, you are entitled to voting rights at our General Meetings and we welcome your involvement in our activities and input on our future direction.
