The Ballarat Neighbourhood Centre is an Incorporated Association governed by a Committee of Management.
The Ballarat Neighbourhood Centre together with the Wendouree Neighbourhood Centre and Ballarat East Neighbourhood House have a shared Committee of Management.
The Committee, elected by the Members of the three Neighbourhood Centres, believes strongly in involving and encouraging participation, inclusion and valuing diversity by delivering quality programmes, activities, adult education and services which respond to the social, recreational, cultural and economic needs of the community.
Ballarat Neighbourhood Centre exists to increase the social and economic participation of people in our community, especially those experiencing disadvantage.
