Ballarat Neighbourhood Centre is pleased to partner with the Victorian Government to provide free pads and tampons at it's Delacombe and Sebastopol Hubs.
We know pads and tampons aren't a luxury item. They are essential to health and wellbeing. We believe Victorians should be able to access them whenever and wherever they need to.
The Victorian Government is making free pads and tampons available across the state. You can now find Free Pads & Tampons vending machines at Ballarat Neighbourhood Centre.
