The Ballarat Neighbourhood Centre Inc. is an Incorporated Association governed by a Committee of Management.
The Ballarat Neighbourhood Centre share a Committee of Management with the Wendouree Neighbourhood Centre.
The Committee, elected by the Members of the two Neighbourhood Centres, believes strongly in involving and encouraging participation, inclusion and valuing diversity by delivering quality programmes, activities, adult education and services which respond to the social, recreational, cultural and economic needs of the community.
2025 Annual General Meeting
The Ballarat Neighbourhood Centre Committee of Management invite you to the 2025 Annual General Meeting, to be held online via Teams, or if you are unable to access an online meeting, in person at the Wendouree Neighbourhood Centre, Holly Grove, on Thursday 29th May, 9:30am to 10:00am.
Meetings are held on the fourth Tuesaday of every second month, alternating between Wendouree Neighbourhood Centre, Ballarat East Neighbourhood House and Ballarat Neighbourhood Centre, commencing at 6.00pm. The Annual General Meeting is held in May each year. Planning sessions are held 1 - 3 times per year.
Committee Membership
Only members are eligible to nominate and elect the members of the Committee of Management. Ballarat Neighbourhood Centre membership is offered to all Neighbourhood Centre participants, and those who live or work within the local areas. Click Here to contact us
